“Update: November 11, 2025 – As of this date, the conditions of Section 5.12 (b) (see page 2) have not been met. This means that the effective date of the 2024 Building Code will be more than 12 months away. The earliest possible date is January 1, 2027, but that date has not been confirmed.”
