What is your return and refund policy?
There is a 5% restocking fee for all returns received back in our office within 30 days of the purchase date (this covers our credit card charges). There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns received within 90 days. After 90 days, we do not accept returns on books. When returning a shipped item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund (even if you initially received free shipping).
Do you offer weekend delivery?
No, we do not offer Saturday delivery. Our express shipping options (Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) operate on business days only.
How fast will my order ship?
We make every attempt possible to ship your order within 24 hours. Express orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. Orders classified as “special order” are usually shipped within 7-10 days.
Do you offer bulk discounts or partnership programs?
Yes! We offer a Strategic Partnership program with zero setup fees. You can buy in bulk for a discount or sell our books via affiliate links to receive a percentage of the sales.
